Gregg Hekimian, Hekimian Racing Engines built a new engine development for Mario Kleff: 1.680 hp on C16 for street use. Tootees, Pro Mod Specialist develops together Architect Mario Kleff, MD of the Wandeegroup (Thailand) and in cooperation with Thailand's Custom Hot Rod Shop two amazing street supercars. Unseen so far: dragster power for street use and legally. Mario Kleff's dragster, a 2nd street supercar - one of the world fastest or quickest street legal cars to date - but certainly the power plant for Thailand's roads. Several engines are on build for Mario Kleff by Gregg Hekimian, USA and by Big Daddy USA and by Hyperformance, USA. Carbon Fiber body Camaro 70.5 built for Mario Kleff - first with visible carbon core. Supercar Aluminum body built by Thailand Custom Hot Rod Shop. Mario Kleff also developes a 222 cubic inch pro street bike injected Nitrous Oxide based on 260 cubic inch engine parts. Randy Torgeson fabricates for Mario Kleff a super V2 motor with 222 cubic inch, nitrous powered and capable of producing over 400 bhp.

Pattaya's iconic architect Mario Kleff and his construction firm Wandeegroup operates business across Thailand and internationally.
Today, Mario Kleff is Pattaya's most famous architect and holds the record for the most real estate developments designs submitted
and approved by local Government and Pattaya City-Hall and several high-rise buildings on the drawing board in the same year.

Considered to be one of the most influential figures in architectural design in the Chonburi region, Mario Kleff is known for
continuously reinventing his design expressions and image and for retaining a high standard of autonomy within Pattaya's real estate sector.
He received Thai citizenship in 2009.

Always fascinated by extreme performance and technology,

This first engine was designed and developed for Mario Kleff's Pro Street Truck.

Old school V8 combined new blower technologies: clean, stunning, powerfull. A new engine development indeed.
Even thought the engine was good enough - 540ci to 1.700 hp level - it wouldn't provide the acceleration Mario tried to achieve.
A good setup could bring up this engine to a new street record and certainly to one of the fastest street legal cars to date.
In an 2.100 lbs car this can run 0 - 200 mph @ 7.2 sec. Fast enough on street but not on drag.

Engine run's c16 - dyno pull: 1.690 hp on C16 race gas.


The physical size of the Pro Stock carburetors is 13" x 9" to get you an idea of how big they are.
They flow at 1340 cfm each, and all internally set up for a boost reference for supercharger.
Fuel pump system: Magna ProStar 500 rated for hp 2,000+ at 28psi
Fuel consumption ca. 3-4 miles/1 gallon at 8,20USD imported to Thailand.
Lead fuel: C16, used in turbocharged engines, blown engines and nitrous applications with CRs up to 17:1.
Recommended by the top nitrous oxide companies. Spec Fuel for NHRA Comp Eliminator.

Engine designed by Mario Kleff, assembled by Gregg Hekimian - expert engine builder and quantum physic engineer.
Re-designed and modified by Tootees, dyno pull and final tune by Big Daddy USA.
Big Daddy actually has to re-built this motor new in order to run it safe on street and stable: today it use pump gas.

Engine passes another dyno pull and makes good power today with pump gas.

It takes torque to accelerate the car quick not horsepower, and less total weight:
A) Pushing more oxygen into the air fuel mixture would produce much greater horsepower and torque
B) Increasing engine level and cubic inch will prepare for more and greater torque - that's what Mario did...
C) Designing a car total weight below 2.100 lbs will speeds faster - that's what Mario did...
This 540 will be up in Mario's all-in-all aluminum pick up truck - a daily runner for visiting construction sites!

Most parts on this vehicle are custom designed by Mario and fabriacte including axles, suspension, carbon/carbon brakes and 104" Titanium wheelie bar.
This car body is the world's first built Camaro 70.5 100% visible carbon core!! proofed.

Mario Kleff's 3rd Supercar will be powered with a 900+ cubic inch (15.000 cc or 15 Liter) engine run pump gas psi blower.
All-in-all Aluminum version: custom Aluminum motor and custom Aluminum body. It also got nice carbon/ceramic brakes.

Either car designed not for visual enhancement, but aerodynamics will come into effect at high speeds and over 150 mph.
Mario Kleff's 3rd Supercar got a very special and adjustable Carbon Wing, and a 104" Titanium wheelie bar by Tootees.
Engine basically runs on pump gas and meet so all street legal requirements. Est. power: 1.580 - 1.650 torque, ca. 2.000+ hp

Thailands Custom Hot Rod Shop (German Management, aka Bubi) specializes in handcrafted aluminum chassis and body works, so they are contracted on this project.
Other parts made from aluminum or Chrome Steel can ordered CNC machined.

Mario Kleff's V8 superbike on plan: 598 cubic inch (9.900 cc or 9.9 Liter)

This motorcycle will present just everything it really needs: engine, wheels and brakes...
Engine shown below with 2 1/2" - 2 3/4" Pro Stock Headers tailored made by FAB for Mario's motor.
Even this engine in a light weight car eventually will spot any Ferrari or Lamborghini on street.
But for certain Mario Kleff's 800hp motorcycle will do. 1st test transmission system is on the way to Thailand (February 2010)

What makes this motorcycle so special, not only is the 10 Liter engine, but it's hubless wheels and radical style.

Final concept and re-design this year 2010:

Architect Mario Kleff will need completed works on engineering/performance/character within April/Mai.
Current Buell will be replaced with a custom built 222 cubic inch engine.
That is 3.650cc motor!


Tootees Racing Cars will deliever custom built Titanium Exhaust for this powerful super bike.
Tootees also will deliver custom built and CNC machined parts for air-shift drag transmission and open primary belt drive monster width of 6 inches.

Finishing: minimalist pro street or drag style # only one handle, no gauges or other instruments, no turn lights, no mirrors, no fenders,
no chrome, only CNC machined/polished billet aluminum and titanium parts, otherwise flat black powder coat. Color: dark green flake paint mixed candy green(s).

5" - 6" wide open primary belt (hardcore style) and drag transmission built by Tootees Racing Cars, free running stainless chain, and the always good looking 360 rear tire.
Basically not much changes on the current shape/form, only "a bit stronger" and ca. 30cm increase of all-over lenght.

Some would think this is dangerous and a crazy idea on street, but some certainly will like it and feel along :-)

Information on the new engine setup:
The crank pins are finished with a hex end that indexes into EDM cut hex recesses on the inside surface of the wheels so the inside area of the wheels is totally smooth,
allowing sufficient space for the CNC billet steel rods to run side-by-side, while keeping the whole assembly very compact.
Both sides of the crank ride in massive double tapered Timken bearings, creating a virtually indestructible bottom end to handle enormous horsepower at extreme RPMs.
They manufactures bolt on fin sections to turn the extreme Pro racing heads into extreme Pro heads for the street and strip.
These billet blocks and heads are simply the best for such applications available on the planet!


Only 3 engines ever were built for street - normally used on professional and nitromethane drag bikes.
Architect Mario Kleff from Pattaya is one of only four people in the world own such one off-hand made engine, and he's the only one owns this style 222 cubic inch ProMotor.

Seriously, this new project ( "Thailand Dragon" ) will run very quick, less maintance is expected :: power of over 300 hp/torque sound's good :-)
Architect Mario Kleff will show Pattaya new hot rods and drag bike. Unique in everything it presents. Not even to compare with Radical Cycles 190 Predator.
Mario Kleff's "Thailand Dragon" will be a awesome performance pro street dragster with serious power.
As an further bonus this motor will have a 3-stage nitrous system to push it's basic performance of 300 hp up to incredible acceleration and speeds.
Not yet clear what power this motor can produce, but because of it's huge basic torque it easily should rich 400 hp level.
Enough to speeds on both drag strip and street!

2010 is proving ground for Tootees and Randy's HYPERFORMANCE teams: built the fastest drag bike for Pattaya's streets.
