| High Rise Design And Development

W-Tower on Wong Amat, a 38 storey development in Pattaya, is one of several iconic high rise buildings designed by internationally acclaimed Star architect, Mario Kleff. Its scheduled construction start is Spring 2011. Other examples of Mario's work can be found in the United Arab Emirates, New York USA, and Russia. In 2009/10, the Wandeegroup master architect created the design for a 200 metre high twin tower incorporating a large scale Department Store, to be built in Jomtien, Thailand. In 2010/11, Mario Kleff launched The Touch Condominium to be build on Pratumnak Hill between Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. Further high-rise projects are Mario's goal for the future.

Construction on The Phoenix Villa project is progressing smoothly. Cellular beam and window installations are complete and concrete finishings in place. Also, Royal Park 2, a 9 storey development featuring a long span, cellular super structure has been completed. CEO & architect Mario Kleff was responsible for the introduction of Cellular Beam Technology to Thailand.
